The Dale Earnhardt Foundation Celebrity Poker Tournament

The Statosphere Hotel & Casino hosted the “Dale Earnhardt Foundation Celebrity Poker Tournament” in the Theater of the Stars Showroom.   The Stratosphere Tower, the most recognizable icon on the Las Vegas Strip, also dimmed their lights for the second year to honor Earnhardt, as a tribute on the 10th Anniversary of his passing, and played a video tribute to him on the hotel’s marquee.

Dale Earnhardt fans were able to support the Foundation by playing in the poker tournament with some of their favorite drivers, with entry fees donated to the Dale Earnhardt Foundation.

Another treat was in store for fans, with the “Dale Earnhardt Hall of Fame Camaro” special edition displayed on the Casino floor. Also on display were items on loan from the Dale Earnhardt Inc. Historical Archives, including  Dale’s Winston Cup jacket, autographed champagne bottle from the Winston 500 win, Gargoyle sunglasses, racing gloves and racing shoes.
