The DRIVE One program, in Roseville, MI outside of Detroit, was founded on the principal that all students deserve the right to vocational education if they so desire.  Many states have forced schools to shut down their shop programs, leaving a wide gap for future employers to fill in the workforce.  DRIVE One’s goal is to provide students with experiences to help bridge the gap between millennials and trade industry leaders.  Currently the program has succeeded in having a 100% high school graduation rate, and 82% success rate among program graduates who either went on to college, found full-time employment or are now serving in the armed forces.

DRIVE One is an educational program that instills at-risk youth with valuable trade skills required in today’s workforce.  The program educates students in fields such as automotive technology, welding-fabrication, machine-operating, and other areas with employment opportunities so that they can seek a greater life.
