Back To School Tour

In 2006 The Dale Earnhardt Foundation hosted a special “Back To School Tour” across the country. Planned in conjunction with Feed The Children and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, two of the nation’s foremost child relief agencies, each city’s Boys & Girls Clubs received a visit by the special Dale Earnhardt Foundation/Feed The Children semi tractor-trailer.

Club members in each selected city were treated to a “Back To School” celebration with refreshments, games, entertainment and fun, all designed to encourage the children to study and stay in school. Each child received a new backpack, complete with school supplies and a personal care box from Feed The Children for the family. Additionally, each of the local Boys & Girls Clubs in the selected cities received donations of books, video games, stuffed toys and other games for use in their local clubs.
